Hey guys, can I ask what are you guys paying total for Unifi 50Mbps and also Unifi 100Mbps? also let me know if you're taking any Hypptv stuff

I'm curious cus my bill is RM381 with 20Mbps and Jumbo+Vaneka pack. Thanks smile.gif

As everyone else is saying, your package is super expensive.

You should ask for speed upgrade, else cancel your current account and apply for next adv 50 mbps account or even provide 100 with jumbo pack only and it's probably still cheaper.

I was upgraded to from adv 30 package to adv 50 package

Paying rm149 for Unifi and rm60 for jumbo packages.. Total RM209 and less RM2 for auto debit.

All prices before GST

Many ppl will go for Unifi lite package since for most of ppl 10Mbps is suffcient enough.

Any new package for 30 or 50 Mbps users?

Thought so too.

Current 30mbps offered at 179/mo, 50 at 229/mo,
obviously pissing off those who miss the free upgrade period

Wifi connected to asus RT-N14UHP 2.4ghz (repeater mode) because my unifi wifi modem at 1st floor while my pc at ground floor rclxub.gif

You should use this product instead. Powerline will work better in cases where the repeater is weak. For your repeater to work well, it has to have good connection to the base router. Powerline product works best when your router is on one floor and you need good connection on another floor. Repeater works best to expand range on the same floor.

since you have the Unifi password then should be ok lah, just reset and set it up again.  Not much setting to do inside the router actually.

That why i always backup the firmware setting after done all the settings. In case needed to reset the router, it will be easy to just restore back the settings after the reset.

Edit:

Oh i forgot, you already forgot your admin password, restore the setting will revert back to old password if you have a backup... blush.gif

As with anything else, backup, backup, backup. You can try this, if your device is supported, for automated router/switch backups: https://unimus.net/
Free for up to 3 devices.

They prioritize 30-50 upgrade, then 50-100 pre-2017 batch. After that they'll proceed with those who subscribe 1st Jan - 28tFeb.

Most likely it is only the internet access. No voice calls and no HyppTv.
