QUOTE(sHawTY @ Mar 11 2017, 02:49 PM) Offcourse la How else are they going to install UniFi if you're not in UniFi capable area? They could use fibre to cabinet nearby and use existing copper lines to the house. Something like the VDSL used for condos. Have to wait and see what it actually is.

Have to wait and see what it actually is. They could do that IF they already put the required UniFi hardware in the area If they didn't, pulling fiber to house also no use This post has been edited by sHawTY: Mar 11 2017, 08:40 PM

QUOTE(giantkilling @ Mar 11 2017, 07:23 PM) TM technician just dropped by, DL still caps at 10Mbps, they're suspecting router can't support. I'm using RT-N56U, will try find another router for testing. Anyone using same router? Btw, any recommendation on home plug? http://www.lazada.com.my/tp-link-tl-pa4010...r-18126365.htmlhttp://www.lazada.com.my/tp-link-ac-dual-b...69.html?boost=2if your house is on a 3 phase wiring, then homeplugs may not work also u may want a 2 or 3 ports homeplugs with pass thru depending on how many plug points u have in the room do some research to find out more cheers

Test on lan to eliminate any wifi variables. I was using Aztech 500mbps Homeplugs for my HyppTV for almost 4 yrs. No problems at all. Still working though I don't use them anymore.

What's your package? As long as it doesn't fall below the 90% threshold, it's still within the minimum service guarantee by SKMM.

Try wired for more accurate result. But judging by the speedtest here it is normal. Lan speedtest dl should be at least 45 and ul should be at least 18.
