I'd do that as a last resort since there are some apps I'm using.
However, if I know this is something I've to live with, then I guess I might've gotten the wrong box.

Last resort for some.. Me? It's one of the first actions I take, right after checking for the latest firmware and updating. But I understand, not all can or prefer to build from scratch. Technically, all third-party apps can be re-installed. Just need to source em and do the work. But if you feel no need and can tahan? Then yup, no choice.. Gotta live with it. Next device? Try getting one that ships as close to stock Android as possible.. It's usually a lot cleaner to run. Then you build up, so when something breaks, you know the last things you did and can roll back.

true also for *ahem* version.. but because i purchased a china box from a friend before and before you know it, all the apps cannot work anymore..
but which service provider do you recommend? i have scouted vader stream and players' club.. both are ok but both have pros and cons..
King meaning Beelink GT-King?
Ahh...Plenty crap boxes like that.. Come pre-installed with dunno what...Sure you'll find good apps along with the bad. As for apps or services no longer working (out of the blue), this is fairly normal for the cord cutter. It's a mouse and cat game.. They shutdown, another springs up.. You'd think they would understand that if people are willing to pay ehem folks a certain amount of money, perhaps that's what such legit services should be priced around..
Which is why I advised sourcing yours. At least then you aren't tied down to using just one particular hardware and or service. Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to discuss such on the forums. Used to but then, certain parties came

... Sorry, can't help you there. But I can say that ye be on the right track. All got pros and cons...Even the really goods ones. Focus on uptime and server loads. Take advantage of trial periods and fully test. You'll eventually accept one that has the most pros and least cons.
Nah... King be Nvidia Shield.
