I think I share this before the word Global is so misleading always read the fund factsheet. A lot of global funds top holdings are US centric hence the drop in price when US index drop. A rare few are Europe centric and some is really global. The truly global are the ones that drop the least currently in my fund portfolio. But this truly global will not rise as fast as those US centric global in a bull run.

We Hokkien got saying "Want cheap, want fresh, want live nearby" very hard to achieve in reality same as mutual fund investing. But diversification is what I strongly believe in. It cushion your losses but expect no first spot runner in bull run though.

Thanks. Based on your experience, are Malaysia's REITs stock worth to buy?

For me no because I concentrate on buying REITs in SG, AU, NZ and US

But if you dig further Axis by far a lot of long term holders are happy with dividends

The best if you can go to BursaMarketplace and read through the report on which REITs you prefer to trade upon

Not preferable IMO as Malaysia REITS is subjected to 10% WTH tax taxable on retailers.

Exactly bro. It should be that easy right? I tried doing it earlier, I tried doing it now (the window to edit is between 8-18th, something like that), but no option. Just View e-Mandate. I'm asking here first in case any of you have a solution or face same issue, otherwise I will reach out support.

Hi friends.
Does anyone noticed price movement of "INTERPAC DANA SAFI" fund for past 2 weeks within (0 to 0.01%) eventhough some of its top holdings performed decently past 2 weeks after a sharp vertical fall last month.
I'm little worried with recent price change (almost no price change).
Anything wrong with that fund?

oops.gif sorry did not answers your query....

but just add on to the "mystery"
thumbup.gif yes you are correct to point out the little/none NAVs movement of IDS
i also noticed that, IDEF has just a little more NAVs movement than IDS while both of them had almost similar (high correlation of) asset exposures....

hopefully they are just an coincident that the NAVs does not move much......
hopefully with the lists of asset they held,...someone interested (like you who had some $$ inside it) can do the computing of the individual stocks to try to figure it out or just call interpac to ask?
