Anyone successfully complaint to MCMC for Unifi Pro 100 for paying RM299 but no speed upgrade or subscription fee reduced same as Unifi Adv 50 fee?

I dont think there is viable to file a complaint now, since nothing been finalized for 100Mb users. We need to wait till the upgrade complete and then see on the offering from TM for these users

try playing 2K or 4K video....1080 normally used around 8-15Mbps...ok what , so other people in the house can watch youtube without buffering also, since 15-16Mbps is still free . the stat shows how much bandwidth the video use.

not complaining yet since the upgrade not finalized,.....we wait to report and others waiting to get the upgrade. sad story vs happy story .

Maybe YouTube is also controlling at their end how much to burst based on your buffer progress and etc.

Last time YouTube will load video to full so that u can click start and pause to wait it to full buffer, now if u pause, at certain point it will stop telling browser to retrieve more data and will just send when there is a need to buffer ahead.

i wanna make huge noise to tm if some successfully getting 50mbps for rm159

the rm159 does not include Hypptv.

I'm getting RM259 with Jumbo Pack @ 50mbps. Waiting for 100mbps free upgrade. Monthly bill is RM272.55 (6% GST + RM2 rebate for autodebit). No unlimited calls though... Not using landline to call anymore since all calls on mobile is already unlimited

I will just complain to MCMC.

Hmm. Theirs is all in RM 159. Mine is RM 149 before HyppTV and RM 179 after HyppTV.
