sometimes it depends on the seeder's speed. try download many files once, then you can judge the true speed.

Why is it different? Just because of free channels vs speed upgrade? Both can be done via flick of a switch in their system. Definitely nothing is done on the upgrade yet. So be patient and wait.

to me i feel speed upgrade can wait patiently BUT
free 12 months subscription mentioned started on Feb shuld chase TM, because nobody know WHETHER the 12 months is started already or not

I received email from TM that my free upgrade will be executed from Feb to June 2017.

Like I said earlier, still got 22 days in Feb.

Just have my Unifi ADV30 package installed few days ago with router D-Link DIR-850L.  Just wonder if I need to change DNS to Google DNS for both ipv4 & ipv6?  See empty for both the DNS at the setup page of DIR-850L.

Any impact if we don't set the DNS accordingly??

when i dl "T" nowadays after installing 30 Mbps...single "T" dl speed can reach 1 mb/s, however when dl few "T" the dl speed can reach 2-3 mb/s in total. Does that mean when dl single "T", my speed is capped by unifi ?

I called and made a report on Sunday evening saying that my router doesn't work.
Lights all off.
Follow up on Monday. Today the installer came and changed my router (black cylindrical thingy?), hypp tv white android box.
Modem not changed. And since I'm not using the phone, I asked not to receive one.

I carried out the speed test, 51Mbps DL and 20 Mbps UL!
Never got this speed with the old router!
Before, it was 25+ (I'm on unifi 50)
When asked, they said, wifi memang macam ni.. Using cable  boleh dapat full speed haha

There is possibilities frequency channel congested.

my hypptv keep giving request timeout for those paid channel now. (ntv7, tv3 those no problem)

Is there anything I need to upgrade for the modem or router?

I know that feeling. Same thing happened to me. Was having internet issue and was planning to upgrade my streamyx to unifi but TM called me and told me that my lorong has no cable and port.
Kinda let down. Always getting this kind of image distortion when surfing the net. Very frustrating.

K then...tomorrow I go TMPoint again and ask them to lay the cable.....IF TM is willing to do so......

i thought u received already. if today don't get it mean forever won't receive. this upgrade started nationwide.
