upgrade starting phase by phase 31 jan 2017 until Jun 2017

they just need to adjust the price to a standart prize, if the lowest they offered is 179.00 so the people who pay 199 will be revert back to 179.00 but free call will be excluded. same with others package. don't do discount instead offered additional package or add ons. for example early bird will need to pay 179 free upgrade jumbo pack/free call package,and people subscribe out from promotion period will need to pay 179 but without free add ons. The price it self need to fix, and if they want to give discount give discount to all...don't select this or that.

no they wont for the time being. they only do it if they got pressure from super-duper person at the top .

yeah I second that, Keeping ARP increase or maintain is their goal now. part from the program happy, part from them half happy,part from them not happy at all. they don't give a damn.

wun to select the jumbo pack or not? or want to riot in tm everyone connect first? a lot of users rant there already.

they dont want to reduce price for your information, they want to maintain the ARP. got news there will be higher speed than 100Mbps. but i still take it like pinch of salt. who nows they will announce it in march like they did with unifi pro last year.

they only change the wifi router the BTU is still the same with adv50 Huawei HG8240W

I've already felt that nov 2015. after 12 year with streamyx...congrats.....

my office area doesn't have fiber layout even government and tourism location.....we use 4Mbps and connected around 120 people.... can u imagine that?i rather use my mobile data lol.

just check laaa, 30 to 50Mbps ....just "T" everyday....streaming without worrying ....trust us

just check with tm surprise first who knows u will get an upgrade ....50Mbps is really good already....yeah if 30Mbps doesn't suit heavy user...are you a heavy T and streaming user?

18 ore connect, demo supo duduk asrama...hehehe gura jah....fully utilizes ...50Mbps value for money if got those kind of connection peers at home.

if u use 100Mbps from unifi 30Mbps will already slow to us. don't mention those home GBps speed people...we are like heaven and earth..hehehe.

our infra doesn't support to give min 100Mbps just yet

that's why la I would rather see TM lower their price for all package first...people frustrated with the price...the speed can be consider ok....local have nothing laaa....only good for streaming video iflix,netflix malaysia, astro on the go and youtube.

please use camouflage word for that "T"....we don't want to mess around here. Nope, my speed max all time while "T"...11mb/s-12mb/s....but will try again later this evening after work.

try playing 2K or 4K video....1080 normally used around 8-15Mbps...ok what , so other people in the house can watch youtube without buffering also, since 15-16Mbps is still free . the stat shows how much bandwidth the video use.

not complaining yet since the upgrade not finalized,.....we wait to report and others waiting to get the upgrade. sad story vs happy story .

during streamyx day, everything sucks....especially when its raining.... .....file above 100MB can give me tears while waiting.

for those using tplink archer c7 v2 with firmware date 160516 need to disable hardware NAT , if not u will have unstable speed capping. 60Mbps - 80 Mbps. thw firmware for hypptv NAT enable its working but effecting internet spped.
