The only way I can see is if your parents' house current Streamyx is not under any contract, then cancel the current Streamyx. Then apply to transfer your existing UniFi to your parents' house but since UniFi is not available, your subscription will be changed to Streamyx. This way you don't have to pay the penalty.

P/S: I think I've read before that some people successfully terminated their UniFi account just by telling TM that they will be relocating to an address that is not covered by UniFi or Streamyx. Apparently TM does not request for any kind of proof but I'm not too sure.

Any pro plan users with jumbo pack (presumably with the early bird price) here? wanna compare the bill..
long story but previously I had to report to MCMC to get the advertised 'early bird' price due to a mistake by a tmpoint staff.

The default exercise is that all eligible users will get their free upgrade executed regardless they click the accept button or not, except for those who refuse and click decline button

Yes, u MUST pay more by signing up more service with TM before they "AWARD" u the discount.

can. walk in into nearest TM point, take your number and then ask the customer service to give you discount.

I received RM30 discount. I'm paying VIP5 for RM119 and now received the surprise to VIP10.

The hypptv package that I have bundled together with unifi adv 30mbps, can it be removed if i'm no longer in contract? Paying Rm30 for nothing as it's not even hooked up to my tv, lol
