I subscribed to UniFi 30m package back in November 2015. Now that im vacating my rental house, would like to terminate my account. The new room im moving into already have Unifi. I thought to transferring the Unifi account to my parents house but Unifi is not available yet and already has Streamyx 4M installed quite some time ago . IS there any way I can terminate my unifi account without paying any penalties?

you can apply to transfer the account to your parents house, upon confirmation from TM that unifi is indeed not available there, you can terminate the account without penalty.

Mine is 169 exclude gst but free ruby package n upgrade to 50mbps..

I have question, I never use hypptv since I subscribe few years back, can you use it to see local tv channels(8tv etc?) without subscription?

Jumbo pack free for 1 year only. All local channel is on free channel category.

anyone experiencing slow unifi speed today in penang? I'm only getting below 10mbps for 30mbps speed on both speedtest & tm speedometer

No issue on my side, browsing and streaming smoothly with multiple devices.

wun to select the jumbo pack or not? or want to riot in tm everyone connect first? a lot of users rant there already.

Later if there is something good comes out from the rant/riot/complaint and before this, you agreed with the jumbo pack, you will be locked by term/conditions.

No downside, except you can't browse ipv6 only website.

man..currently using 4mbps stremyx..thinking to upgrade to unifi...googling, searching, reading...all since earlier this week...is unifi really "BAD"? LOL...now im takot ody..haish
