Can anyone confirm below? I got different answer from Bank Islam thru 2 calls and 1 email

1. Current Credit Card Statement Date - Your current statement date is 14th of every month.

2. Statement Date Cycle Options - For Bank Islam credit cards, the statement date is fixed. Your cycle runs from 15th of the previous month to 14th of the current month.

3. Cashback or Point Calculation Basis - Cashback and point calculations are based on the statement cycle, not the calendar month.

4. Reflection of Cashback and Points - Cashback and points earned during a cycle will be reflected in the  next statement after the cycle ends.

Hi has anyone cancel the RHB shell credit card? The petrol cashback till now still have not received any yet. No point keeping it.

Maybe you need to pay attention to the Bank Muamalat statement to see whether cashback is credited or not. I suspect in December statement (15th) they will also not credit the cashback. I've missed 2 months (October and November) cashback for my Muamalat Pos Malaysia Visa Infinite-i.

There is also another user reported that his EON Muamalat not receiving cashback

Thanks. I believe could be similar to RHB shell card. To be honest the benefit is too good to be true. I just provided hardcopy of all the requested do documents. Given that how ‘fast’ they process the application I believe most likely mine will not be looked at after all. Somehow I feel that it’s a good news. I have already identified another replacement though not as good as this one but it’s good enough for my monthly usage and I can maximise the cashback even though I do not use the card for physical payment. Thanks for sharing. This is indeed a good news so that I can stop following up and just hope they don’t process my application.

My Muamalat EON card statement date is 15 Nov and until now, I can't download/view e-statement from online banking or mobile apps. Neither do I get any email statement as well. It's already 22 Nov but still no statement, how to check whether got cashback or not as the transaction summary doesn't show cashback

Same here.. Can see the spending in app but cant download statement. Statement date suppose to be 15th. No CB received so far. So stop spending now.. Their web and app interface really bad.
