Bank Muamalat is not listed as credit card issuer in Bank Negara website.
How unprofessional can this bank be

I received my 15th Nov cc statement via email on 16th Nov, but till today (25th Nov) the same statement still does not appear on website.
Their whole backend is not ready for influx of new cc clients, in my opinion

so the cb is given based on statement cycle or calendar month?

Update:
After 2 weeks of waiting. I follow up with the bank yesterday by calling their CS. They told me the HQ side has no info or receive any request about my card replacement . So they proceed to make a report and give me case number. On the other hand, I contacted the branch staff again for clarity. She told me she already email to HQ for the request and also call many times.

I seriously think that they should revisit their business processes. Seem like HQ and branch office doesn't in sync or talk to each other. Overall I have waited for 2 months and not sure have to ait for how long again

Nope, there's no statement attached! They just replied that sht and I had to send another fresh email repeating the same crap all over again

anyone here tried to add bank Muamalat EON visa Infinite to google pay. If pay using google pay, am I entitle for 5% discount?

usually it can be eligible, but through another x-pay layer, not sure.

still prefer physical contactless
