Hi has anyone cancel the RHB shell credit card? The petrol cashback till now still have not received any yet. No point keeping it.

Thanks. In summary it will be too tiring to have to follow up on a monthly basis. I suspect every month there is a quota and not everyone is able to get it even though entitle. You complain you get it but someone else will have to wait for his turn the following month. I see no point in continuing holding this card. I’ve requested to cancel it. Probably this is what they wanted as a temporary solution. Thanks for informing.

Thanks. I believe could be similar to RHB shell card. To be honest the benefit is too good to be true. I just provided hardcopy of all the requested do documents. Given that how ‘fast’ they process the application I believe most likely mine will not be looked at after all. Somehow I feel that it’s a good news. I have already identified another replacement though not as good as this one but it’s good enough for my monthly usage and I can maximise the cashback even though I do not use the card for physical payment. Thanks for sharing. This is indeed a good news so that I can stop following up and just hope they don’t process my application.
