Spot on for Bank Muamalat! whatever you submitted to the portal is practically useless. Still have to resubmit through WhatsApp to the bank staff. The form been ask to fill for the application "EON visa infinite" is not listed there. I have to keep remind them don't submit the wrong card application. I hope they really take note of that and don't send me the wrong card

final update 6 Nov: called CS again to followup escsalation report (created since 10 Oct). no updates from branch side. CS promised to contact the branch PIC to follow up my case.

later in the evening, branch PIC contacted me via whatsapp to request for documents:

1. payslip bulan 10
2. bank statement bulan 10
3. kwsp 25
4. Copy ic

sign 1 page on the cc application form, PIC said no need fill details as he requested details via whatsapp directly from me. he will fill up the form himself.

it seems like the MAP application portal is basically USELESS and just redirect to respective branch to follow-up & process application.

basically, no cc application automation. to get bank muamalat card faster, better walk-in branch and fill in the cc application form (or prefill first before going)

Bank Islam pun sama. I submitted and fill in the form from their website's chatbot...I thought wa so canggih can use chatbot to fill in credit card application. Mana tau after that the representative still Whatsapp me to fill this fill that submit this submit that

So I don't know what's the point of the chatbot.

ya their MAP is basically USELESS. My document submitted through whatsApp to the bank agent was like a month already, still pending for approval

i thought other banks also same, u fill in online application then eventually they still ask u to re-submit again anyway, i forgot?

It seems like a tough application, I will do it when I need it. Looks like a good card.

Same...seems like a hassle so I will wait a while

shall learn from experince, skip the online and get agent to do it.
also hope to see some respond on the 5% wave CB condition from approved user.

2. Statement Date Cycle Options - For Bank Islam credit cards, the statement date is fixed. Your cycle runs from 15th of the previous month to 14th of the current month.

3. Cashback or Point Calculation Basis - Cashback and point calculations are based on the statement cycle, not the calendar month.

4. Reflection of Cashback and Points - Cashback and points earned during a cycle will be reflected in the next statement after the cycle ends.
