Hi guys, haven't been following on latest promo etc. Before this already have a good set of CC for my expenses but recently the perks of some card drop especially WISE so need some advice and what card to replace. Oh btw I'm only looking for cash back cards.

1. Annual Income: ~85k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must

3. Card required for: Petrol (Shell), TNB payment and dining ... all 3 spending roughly RM400 for each category .. Prefer more than 3% la if not might as well i use my SCB and Alliance ?

4. Existing credit cards (if any):
*HLB WISE - For Petrol and TNB and DIGI ( I need replace this card - any card with 5% for petrol anytime anyday? )
*PBB Visa - For Dining ( I think I can move my TNB bills here coz 6% include for online payments right? Then I need another card for dining)
*SCB Master - For misc
*Alliance Unique- For misc
*HLB Essentials - For misc (yeah i have alot of misc like hotel and stuff, i travel for work quite abit)
*UOB one & Platinum - Is this any good now ? Havent touch this card for more than 1 year, UOB don't let me cancel =.= Every year say waive yearly fees.

5. Interested in CC from: Doesn't matter

6. Others: Nothing.

You already with PBB visa signature. So add-on with yolo. Get rid of that uob plat, get uob yolo?

Else HLB mach for dining, 5%... depends how you balance

*
Oo looks good ... so I think my bills can go to YOLO for 6% and dining i use PBV 6% also ... Thanks !! Anything for petrol though ? Looking for something above 3% and for anyday (not limit just to weekends)

MBB Visa Signature - 5% Cashback for all petrol & grocery (domestic only) for all days capped at RM88 per month.
http://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...sonal/CRD-Cards

Ask them Convert/ Add on Your UOB One Card to UOB Yolo
UOB Yolo (Annual Fee: RM95.40)
6% CB for Online Spend, 3% CB on Dining
However, Total Monthly Spend:
RM0 - RM499 = 0 CB
RM500 - RM799 = Max. Cashback Capped at RM 20
RM800 & Above = Max. Cashback Capped at RM 50

Ahhh wish i saw your reply 1st before calling UOB. I already called UOB just now to convert my card, they say cannot =.= On phone can only cancel, then need go bank apply YOLO ... wtf =.= If i knew this earlier I could have insisted ... maybe newbie on the phone zzz ... anyway .. too late ..

Wow that MBB card seems perfect for me .... that annual fee is kinda hardcore though since Im only using it for Petrol, but Maybank is quite linient in waiving the fees no? Can use the usual tactic "u no waive i cut the credit card lo?"

You are existing uob card holder. Just call in la. No need docs.

Like fly126 mentioned maybank visa signature. My previous maybe not clear enough. VS.  rclxub.gif

As mentioned above sad.gif I need to apply myself .... what's worst, I need to reactivate my online banking also ... joker the guy on the phone zz ....

Hi guys, It's been a long time I checked on new CC and I didn't quite track my cashback also, not sure if recent terms have changed or not. Looking for new recommendations for my spendings. Thanks.

1. Annual Income: RM100K

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must

3. Card required for: Petrol, Dining, Online bill payment, Insurance, and other misc like random purchase and travels

4. Existing credit cards (if any):
a) Maybank Visa Signature - For Petrol (Roughly RM400 spending/month) - Have to cancel by next month because I heard can't get annual fee waiver and I don't use much also.
b) Public Bank visa Signature - For Dining (Roughly RM900 spending/month)
c) UOB YOLO - For Online bill payment (Roughly RM900 spending/month)
d) Standard Chartered Mastercard - For MISC (Roughly RM1300/month)
e) Alliance Younique - For MISC
f) HLB Essentials - For MISC

5. Interested in CC from: Prefer but not limited to - CIMB, CITI, HL, MBB, RHB, SC (Because want to utilize Samsung Pay haha)

6. Others: I'm a cashback person only. Looking to max out my cashbacks with my spendings. I don't have specific categories sometimes that why I have mostly MISC CB cards (That is not limited by days, categories, etc) Open to totally new cards. I can cancel all my card and get new cards if needed. Thanks in advance for your recommendations. Thanks!

since u r a fan of shell, RHB Shell perhaps?
but then it will clash with JOP as they r both tier cashback with spending requirement
*
Hi thanks for recommendation, I actually checked that out before but the cashback is only until end of 2021? Does it still apply? If not shell, any other specific petrol station give alot cashback? I don't mind changing petrol for more savings haha
