BE U's rate might sound attractive but I am beginning to think it's not worth it to place any funds in there with all the effort, trouble and time wasted just to try to get them to do anything via CS.
As previously mentioned, tried to change bank account number linked to my Term Deposit:

My term deposit in app still shows my Rize account linked to the matured Term Deposit without any in-process indication that any effort is being made for manual withdrawal request submitted.
In short, my money's trapped in there UNTIL they decide to get off their asses and change something on their end which in this case, runs on THEIR TIME. AND not to forget next Monday and Tuesday are public holidays. Such a GREAT service.
