I just place some funds in their Term Deposit for 12 months @ 4%. So, upon expiry, no issue to transfer out to my other bank accounts (CIMB, HLB, etc) like a normal duit now transfer with RM50k daily limit, right?

I will come back here in 12 months to update the withdrawal/transfer out process

BeU Bank (by Bank Islam) still offer 4% for 12 months when I place yesterday.

This FD promotion can only get from the counter and they will issue you a certificate. Still the primitive method

For RM 100k - 12 mths, you get RM 3,997.75.

Looks like this 3.9% is only for their Cash-To-Catch promotion campaign. You need to open a Savings account with the mobile app during campaign period with the code "CATCH".

You can only place ONE FD (maximum RM100k) with the 3.9% for 12 months. So, not a good promotion.

Just opened 12 mths FD in Bank Mualamat today at 4.05% at the branch.

Can't view my FD online because I didn't open a Savings account. To register on-line account, need Debit Card.

Didn't know can withdraw interest monthly. They also didn't ask me this option but I am also okay with getting a bigger amount at the end of the 12 mths 😀

For Bank Mualamat, I used Banker's Cheque. Received FD cert on the spot but effective date is next day. I went to their HQ in Jalan Melaka.
