Too bad I lack of 3000 points to reach level 16 on my note 8 (include Spay swipe totally 10k points)

For my S8, I reach level 14 (mainly collect from Bixby (around 7700 points)

You should try Tesco self-service counters. And if you have Tesco card, can add that into spay too.

Even though I read from others that PBB card can have 9 consecutive spay before using the physical card, and Samsung CS also said that 10th transaction we have to use physical card with pin, that wasn't the case for me. The other day my 8th spay got rejected as "frequent limit exceeded'. Yesterday my 4th spay got declined and I had to reset with pin. PBB CS said they don't know the limit. The system will determine it.

It's a common assurance, even in other banks' cards. In my case RHB. I keep track of my transactions for this exact reason. Rhb can go up to 30 transactions or RM1000 cumulative or 10 transactions in a day, but sometimes I have to reset not even before 10 transactions or reaching the amount limit. When I called the bank CS they said I have reached the limit when I know for a fact I haven't. Lol.

if you feel your card giving alot problems just change it. I am using maybank i was able to make 50 transaction a day during the X2 spay rewards. No point keep complaining about the card

I try to use samsung pay @ q0010.my today and yesterday but the transaction get auto cancel .

Sorry if it sounded like a complain. It wasn't meant to be a complain. In fact, I like my card. I don't have to pay any annual fee and there's always rebate on top of the usual monthly cash rebate. It definitely beats paying cash. I just wanted to understand better from others so that I could maximise my spay usage. I can then plan my usage better in the future. I do read comments from you guys, think about them and try to apply them.

True. Sometimes we're attached to some cards because of benefits etc. Applying new card just for the sake of spay is not the best solution. At least I know some other banks have same issue as mine.

This happen to me too. And, have no idea if the limit of transaction got any time frame or not, like rm250 per day for MBB visa. This pbb doesn't seems to have time frame on its x times limit.

It seems like the quota is not fixed. I had 5 spay transactions on Sun, then 2 on Mon, and then didn't use it until Thu, it said frequent limit exceeded.

Oh btw, I tried once with a RM300 transaction, no problem at all. Machine prompted me for pin.

That's great now that they officially accept spay. I've made few transactions using spay at some branches before. They accepted without any issue.

Tried it successfully to trigger donot honour if the next wave > RM600 accumulative total. I havent tried the 9th times limit since I usually used it for bigger transaction since I can used my HLB debit card for transactions <RM20.
