Anyone not receive their points after leveling up bixby?
Sunday is the last day to gain them. Hopefully I will get mine else they will give reason said it's already 15th can't do about it then I will be furious.

Yesterday forgot to speak to bixby... not gonna get enough for levelling... damn...

I too totally stopped once I hit level 16. But I know there is a forumer here who leveled up to Level 17, even though he didn't get any reward points.

I still use it occasionally, mostly for settings that are too deep in the list.

Maybe he thought still got xp

Seem like more kfc is affected.

I think this issue falls on KFC internal issue. They like to use weird company machine and not those popular banks like maybank and cimb.

Haha....that would be me. Trying to find out what would happen upon reaching Level 17.

Me too. I still use it once in awhile for the quick command, but since the Oreo update, some settings have changed, so my previously set quick command can't be used anymore.

So what happened at Level 17?

Ya I didnt receive for level 15 while 4-14 I received all. They already escalated to respective team to investigate. Gave them prove and all.

Many people tried just tada lvl17 and get no samsung rewards point

Nothing new. Still 5000 points to get to level 18....lol.....but without rewards, I'll just stay put at level 17.
