it's not a law, but it's something like a mini rule by BNM that merchant are suppose to follow if they decide to opt for credit card payment.
you can complain to merchant bank, if doesn't work, then association of bank, they will blacklist the merchant...or something like that....
only thing is enforcement is very weak.

The issue ia aimple, there is no such act from BN to take action or BN dont take it serious enough .... U can make complaint n BN will contact u back with their reason behind ...
