Seems like it went out of stock pretty fast. Only a few days after it was available for redemption. Wonder how long it will actually take before people start receiving their items.

Sorry, my bad. You are right, the sought after ones were snapped up within a couple of hours. Highly competitive for a rewards program if you ask me. More like "Siapa cepat, dia dapat" kinda game.

True and I recon for wave / spay transactions is much easier than pin & pay. The tesco staff guide me through for my first spay payment and subsequently, I got it done like a pro. Much faster than any other methods of payment if you ask me.

I would like to ask if anyone here managed to successfully complete any transaction above RM 250 using Samsung Pay. I read some where that for an amount of more than RM 250, would require you to key in your pin or is RM 250 the absolute limit?

I tried a couple of times trying to pay for transactions above RM 250 and got the error message "Do Not Honor". Hope someone can clarify. Thank you.

Not sure as I am using a credit card for my SPay. Never had to reset it. Using Citibank credit card gives a daily limit of RM 750 but still limited to RM 250 per transaction as stated, hence why I asked if any one successfully completed a transaction above RM 250. Like they always say, ""Curiosity killed the cat" 😂

It's alright Bro, no need for photo evidence as I totally trust and believe you. My only doubt here is, the reason for my failed transaction above RM 250 due to my card limitation or merchant terminal limitation? Gotta figure it out.

This is a big help by making me have a better and clearer understanding for the mechanics on how the 2 types of credit card terminal function in respect to Samsung Pay / Paywave. I am sure now that the failed transaction which resulted in a "Do not honor" error message was a MST terminal. I will be sure to ask / check next time when attempting to complete a transaction which is more than RM 250.

Just max out the points for the daily limit. You can just continue where you left off previously the next day.

Good morning Bro. I am also using Citibank card with my SPay and I can confirm that for amounts more than RM 250 will be declined by MST terminals. As for the newer NFC terminals, they will be able to accept transaction amounts of more than RM 250 by verifying using your PIN.

True, I encountered "Do Not Honor" like 4 times. This issue was explained by a forumer who is familiar with the credit card terminals and is said that it has to do with the merchant terminals themselves.

Exactly spot on. Wish we could make our own rules on this 5 minutes gap but unfortunately, it is a Samsung ruling and we have to abide by it to earn the reward points.
