yesterday just renew my car insurance via etiqa and then saw this bad news.
hopefully is falsa alarm. last time my transaction on weekend petrol usage for m2c also need to call CS then they will rectify.

But someone reported got CB.

My December 2023 Online Cash Back also missing some rebates.
Called up the CS and they notice the mistake and will escalate to the cash back team to "recalculate" and credit back to me

what were the transactions?

mine were shopee, shopeefood, lazada, and maxis app.... all ok ... received full RM50 cb

the CS didn't tell me which was missing.. he calculated all my Dec transactions and he told me it was >RM50, yet credited less than RM50.
So he raise the alert to the higher up.

My transactions are the usual suspects i.e. Shopee (saved card), Lazada, Uniqlo, Food Panda

MBB gave me RM48.63
I calculated RM50.63

My hypothesis = RM2.00 cash back is via Food Panda transaction (i did to a new FP merchant)

any other RM25 spending aside from FP?

You should have received some Treatpoints. From the Treatpoints you received, you may find out which transaction is not online.
P/S: from my experience, Lazada not 100% online.

no TreatPoints awarded in my M2U portal

They will credited back ur missing cashback. Mine cashback were missing also few month ago. The transaction also same like yours. All saved card for lazada and shopee, Uniqlo online.

Can anyone confirm if purchases in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store qualify for cashback with Amex Ikhwan?

I spent RM625 for Dec 2023, but only received RM37 cashback. Will call the CS to clarify later.

I can't reconcile because there are too many possible combinations, some of it spent after the Statement Date of 25th (but still in December).
