It is at Level 1 if you are at KLIA2, next to the bus ticketing counter. Do note that only one counter accepts credit card, look for that counter.

There’s total of 3 counters scattered around.

Using either of them is the same.

KLIA 2 is all sapu by MIJ basically.

1. Arrival gate before you exit the hall where those people say hi and hug their arrival guests. (After luggage pick up)

2. Level 1 where the ticketing counters is. But only ONE specific counter accept card. The rest all doesn’t accept.

3. At the information counter outside the arrival hall. The counter surrounding a huge pillar. They do taxi ticketing and klia Express one.

Unless you are riding with three or more passengers then go for premium otherwise don’t bother.

Their premium cars are so badly managed. Tried 3 times and each time either the car is bumpy with broken absorber or with the twitching car while riding. Worse is one of the driver put such a strong essence that nearly choked me.

Their premium is the black colour ones parked outside but not those good maintained like klia. If you don’t mind, would suggest take a bus ride to klia and book taxi from there which is so much better!

LFC CB is for all categories? I cant find the T&C about it.

Excludes petrol & insurance.

just got my JOP approved and spend. get charged of SST RM25. called to CS and was told cannot get cashback for the SST at all for New-to-Bank customer. Has anyone successful get the cashback the SST (new to bank) ?

New application for free gift or voucher? If so, the RM25 already factor in. Cancel it 2nd year to see if they give u rebate or not.

where and how did you apply?

Part of retention program after my sister requested to cancel the supp card (I'm holding), they offered her RM 25 cash rebate with 3 times spending at any amount. SST was charged earlier to this card and I told my sister to cancel it since I have my own principal cards.

However, retention department called. We reckoned it's a good offer and accepted it but they really took very long time to credit it back to the card, almost two months. In between, we chased for it and every time we were promised with a date which they didn't fulfill. Finally got it on yesterday.

apply at ringgitplus. So is the freegift from agent(ringgitplus) already factor in the SST ?

What is your expection? You can assume that you paid RM25 for the free gift? If your free gift less than RM25, you can always go fight with the bank. Anyway you shall appreciate what you get.

EDIT: For next month, BigPay top-up should still be parked under online transaction but it'll be capped at RM30 only. You'll have to get the other RM30 from petrol & auto-bill.

Would like to ask on the following:

1. Are both JOP AF and SST charged at the same date when reaches card anniversary?

2. If see only SST being charged in the transaction, does it mean AF has already been auto-waived?

3. How do we know if auto-waived or not?

4. Will there be any transaction of AF charged and AF reversal being reflected in the transaction history/statement?
