Had made payment via IBFT from HLB yesterday evening and when checked today, it's captured and reflected in transaction record.

If the payment has yet to be reflected, then we can always check the Available credit limit has increased (by the amount paid/transfered) accordingly upon successful transaction.

This morning attempted few times to reach CS via live chat but in vain. Then finally successfully connected with CS today like 5 min into 6pm 😅 to request for a card cancellation before SST charging in coming June. CS has submitted my request which I emphasized on cancellation prior to SST charge, hopefully it can be processed by end of this month. CS advised it requires 5 working days.

Btw, anyone know whether is there a way to retrieve Live Chat history? Thanks.

Did a follow up today via Live chat on card cancellation as there is no status update, only to recall to ask about Live chat history after the chat ended.
Purposely connect again, this time with another CS, was advised can only manually screenshot. I gave feedback that history shld be made accessible. Perhaps, for security wise, enable Live chat via App then history could be logged and retrievable only by the person him/herself.

Update: Received sms notification (3 same sms within minutes apart 😅😅) informing card/instlment plan has been cancelled.

My autobilling of insurance is currently tied to this JOP, so yeah, I feel it's still a good card to keep and provided that AF can be waivable upon request.

Yes, noted some other better card(s) out there which am considering to apply in near future, soon eg PBB VS, UOB Yolo etc

Would like to ask on the following:

1. Are both JOP AF and SST charged at the same date when reaches card anniversary?

2. If see only SST being charged in the transaction, does it mean AF has already been auto-waived?

3. How do we know if auto-waived or not?

4. Will there be any transaction of AF charged and AF reversal being reflected in the transaction history/statement?

Same here, kept asking CS (like 3 times in the same chat session sweat.gif ) anyways to offset. CS said no, then at one point got offer some financial related services if signed up then may have chance to offset which I declined.
