I tried reading SC Liverpool card T&C but I couldn't find the clause for standing instruction.

My Gym monthly charges is RM300. If i topup bigpay 1.7k, it will be 2k. Do I still get RM50 Cash back OR monthly standing instruction from gym is not counted?

Since you didn't share much details like dates etc, so we can't understand further. So far, SCB has never made mistake for my CB and I have been using for years.

Credit card cut off date? Did you mean statement date? SCB cash back follows calendar month, that means from 1st to last day of the month. For your case, please check if you have spent RM 2k within the period from 1st to 31st August 2020?

Check with SC customer service. SC had never calculated wrongly, at least for me in the past 3 years.

If you does not give exact answer to the question provided by Sifu of this thread, its very difficult for them to find out the solution for you. Only you know. So best answer is find out from standard chartered cs as said by others unless you give out details like which exact date, what transaction, amount, etc. Do ignore if it is really confidential for others to know.

Example: spend rm2000 on topup big pay on 23/09/2020 1pm. Or provide screenshot.

Either you share a screenshot or check with CS. We won't be able to help much because there are still missing details. Like I said, SCB has never calculated wrongly, at least for my case. It's really unlikely the mistake comes from SCB.

I fully agree with you.
I never dispute anything with SCB regards cashback over all these years. I used LFC since Year 2016 and earned consistent RM50 CB every month.

This SCB is providing misleading information on my cashback transactions. The most efficient is charged interest when payment is late for few days, totally unlike other banks that have grace period.

You have 20 days to pay from the statement date, but why you always want to pay on the due date?

Late mean late. Don't blame the bank charge you due to late payment.
