after couple days the retention team will call and tell them waive AF else cancel
refuse to take all offers
end up you will get AF waived

My first called to cs told me pay AF or bt 3.99
then I paid all outstanding and cancel
then retention team called offer same bt 3.99 i still refused
end up they waived my AF
plus he told me can call back him within 30 days to take up BT 0% (special offer)

If you redeemed the RM60 cashback before cancel the card then no issue.

Yes, apply new card again after 1 year should be consider as new customer(6 months normally, depend on term and condition).

If negative balance means the bank owe you then you cancel the card (one card) then its loss, no credit to you (from my understanding from user comment).
