Wow, so strict. I sometimes afraid that i forget to pay one of my credit cards coz have quite a number of credit cards on hand. Abit tedious to track. Sometimes one forget can wipe out our few months hard earn cashback.
*
Don't die die must pay on the due date or near the due date. You are given 20 days from the statement date to settle. It may be good for you to set 2 days in a month (15 days apart) to settle all your credit card bills, if you are lazy to check all your accounts every few days

Oh, I got it at your next following month, Sept...
Did sales teams say you just activate your card then you can get CB rm100 to your cc without swipe anything?
*
If you applied at SC in September, not via RinggitPlus.

OK thanks guys. I have tried, it works!

Haven't been having much luck with shake though, the last 4-5 times all get nothing
*
You should get RM0.20/0.50/1.00 reward per RM10. Shake rewards may not automatically show up now. Go to "Shake Rewards" manually initial the shakes.

Oh you can initiate it manually? Normally the SMS comes automatically but sometimes they don't. I brushed it off as too small spending amount?
*
I pay my water bill (not Syabas) every RM10. Not sure if you can get a shake if the transaction is less than RM10.
You can go to "Shake Rewards" to check if you have any new Shakes to be redeemed.

Hi guy, I just cancel for the supp and JOP card.. And I request for the official release letter to proof that the card has been cancel..

But the cs say that there is no letter for it, but provide me the reference number.. Then they straight away can found it the status for the card..

Is it the bank procedure like that?
*
Normally you don't get a confirmation letter or B&W when a credit facility is settled or terminated. It is your duty to check if the CC account is closed, the best is to check your CCRIS occasionally.

It is rare that some banks did send a notice due to the termination of CC. I can't remember which banks as it happened long time ago for me.

laugh.gif chill, I know how it works but have not done it before... recently spend a lot more than what my other cards with CB giving... so instead of the reloads without CB, I'm planning to expand... but plan only 1 card la since the SST now and the JOP can max out RM85 per month.

So anyone here managed to get waiver for AF if spend below RM20k?
*
RM20k rule effective only 1/8/18. So you may have to wait for an answer after 1/8/19.

Normally I request bank to send either letter or email me that it has been settle or terminate. So far experience M bank and A bank got provide me..
Seems like no choice I need to create online for CCRIS..

Sometimes not so convenience as CCRIS kiosk not available for all the state..
Thanks for your advice.  notworthy.gif

Alternatively open a CTOS account, pay RM25 for a complete CTOS report (come with CTOS Score and CCRIS records).
Buy it when you really need it.

CIMB Bank is sponsoring 150,000 CTOS reports at this moment, you may request a copy of your latest CTOS report (with latest CCRIS) FOC. You don't have to be a CIMBClicks user or CIMB CC customer to get this report.

Yes, delay and break promise to customer is consider poor service from bank already.

I hv my own fault due to insufficient research for this bank service and straight away apply. Anyway, no offence and thanks you all advice. I learn something new for it. Appreciate..

SC did contact you for verifications including reconfirming the CCs that you "applied". You already re-confirmed the CCs that you would accept!

firstly, sorry if this has been asked or discussed before.

could any of you enlighten me how SC JOP cash back works, i mean the RM85 pool is within statement cycle or monthly cycle.

my first and last transaction was on 12 Oct amounting to RM2500 (online) which entitles for the full amount of cash back.

thus, when should the card be used again for the next cash back pool.

all feedback is highly appreciated. thanks.

Transaction dates - Calendar month

No problem. Just swipe additional RM2k once a year to boost and withdraw it out to fulfill the RM20k

No waiver after 1 Nov 2019.
