Got some similarity with Gemala but just that at the back (kitchen area), it's not extended sideway. For me, either Gemala or Bohemia, I won't be disappointed as both have their plus and minus. hehe

As far as I could remember cluster semi-d is meant to have the rear fully extended to the back and joint with the rear of the other unit behind. Yes, i think the built up is around 2400 sqft if Im not mistaken. Smaller than Gemala. But I couldn't remember what's the built up for 32 x 85. As usual, they will have some great facilities inside but for this phase, they don't have swimming pool.

Before making your purchase, are you aware of the traffic congestion issue that is happening daily entering this township? Seriously no joke ya the traffic can eat up almost 3 to 4 hours of your daily life if you are working the typical 9 to 5 job.

Traffic is crazy everyday….. so many inflows routing to rimbayu, Kebun, Banting, Rimbayu, Tropicana, Gamuda, Eco……

If you have 9-6 job around KL/PJ, please avoid this area at all cost.

Don’t mention KL/PJ actually, I dare not go to KK nowadays.

Agree, it's time we try to cause some havoc on the sales of these so called reputable developers that is not showing us any intention or actions to resolve this issue.

This is exactly why i drop this location. Went to see rimbayu, the price was more affordable than the one i ended up buying but on the way back to PJ, it rained and i got stuck in this massive jam all the way back... can vomit blood...straight away cross off the location

When I raised up this issue, a lot of rimbayu/TA/Eco lovers will bash me like shit.

Anyway once Gemala, Freesia, Robin, Starling and those condos are ready, be prepared for 1-2 hours just to exit rimbayu. Now already 30-45 minutes just to exit BSP or KK route.
