You should check out rimbayu's topic. Jam is a huge issue here during peak hours. If you are going to KL daily I advise you not to buy.

I was jogging on the west park today. I felt like the Freesia units that are facing the park is very close to the jogging path. I can imagine seeing eye to eye with the owners inside the house.
