I think The Parque Residence still okay, got buffer as the parking lot is the one nearest to the park. But Gemala, Freesia all seems very close to the park haha

There is a residential apartment being built just right at the corner of the roundabout near eco Sanctuary. I was told by a Gamuda sales agent that it is a 'low cost' apartment built by Eco.. Not sure if it's considered low cost, but it has got many stories and easily can accommodate hundreds of homes.. this and other nearby condos are definitely add more jams to the roads...sigh..

Not only that, Tropicana themselves are planning service apts. So things will surely get much worst before it gets better.

But this is the Malaysian way, it always need to get to unbearable stage before something gets done. The more unbearable it is the faster the action.

yes it is low/mid cost project- 350k or so for a 600 sqft.

it is cheap cheap, good buy if you ask me. location is consider prime right next to the EcoSanc mall.
It is no frill apartment though- perhap only gym and swimming pool. in one way it is good as don't need to spend more for the maintenance and repair.

i always wonder why eco choose to build at this location. Further in would make sense.

i was told they wanted to fond a buyer for that piece of land but no one interested.... not sure if this was true..
i thought their brand name Eco World was always associated with luxury and high end properties.. with this one it kinda bring down their status but, who cares?

In Semenyih they too have the affordable high rise, so I don't think it bring down their status. But like you said, who cares huh! It's a good product for the consumer that's for sure.

A year ago i would agree... but today's Sanctuary Mall is in a pretty sad shape... tenants moving out, even the supermarket fresh food is sad, maybe due to low turnover. The services there is also not up to mark... suppose unless they re-brand themselves, this mall will be one of those ghost mall soon..

Their latest food truck carnival has been a banger though, you should check it out on every Sunday. Got some good food and the crowd is good too. Asides that, they have just opened 2 new beverage/dessert store and there's a Nyonya restaurant opening soon. But other than that, nothing much to be excited about

it is nice, neat, trendy and easy to park.

agree though there ain't many attractive tenants..... the food outlet was so so.... Corners was a good drinking spot- but now there are plenty of choices around.

Used to be only mall around, now Quayside overshowed it by miles....

Drinking spot corner still got crowd, but Rimbayu is the new spot, so many beer house there...

I heard that on weekday Quayside is very quite. Only weekend is crowded with people as lot of people they are outside of Rimbayu. Hope they are doing well despite of this

As far as I know, Gemala almost 100% signed with SPA. I doubt that any lakeside unit still available. Have you checked out Eco Santuary latest phase Bohemia. It consists of semi-d and semi-d cluster. Price range probably similar

Most deep inside of the Eco Sanctuary development, Surely damn serene and private. Not mistaken previously their scale model put 3 towers on that land, turns out landed fetch more profits yeah.
