I said it many many times, the developers could have done better. When I purchased this, I was so new to this area, trusted them on WCE and KK proposed flyover.

After I moved in only I found out it is all marketing gimmicks.


FYI Tropicana is moving out soon, after they launch the last phase. Take their profit, leave the problems to the buyers and local council.

For those of you who really want the responsible developers to take action, Just copy this petition and paste on all the advertisements from social media like FB/Instagram. And when they do live just spam it. Worse come worse just go to their property gallery and give out flyers.

yeap just confirmed with TA, mmg no referral for new launches
however those in Gamuda still has 1.5% referral but the downside is their list price is at least 100-200k more exp than TA and comes with more freebies

just a suggestion, any chance of voicing this out to the ADUN Kota Kemuning to get better traction?

I've sent the message on social media platform to ADUN Kota Kemuning, MB Selangor, MP Kuala Langat, MP Kota Kemuning, MPKL and all the developers involved. So far I am yet to get replies from the politicians and council. I plan to start calling them after 2 weeks of no response.

hmm... every time open this thread, or the Rimbayu thread the traffic issue does pops up.

hope lets focus on other positive aspect of this town shiip ba.....

there wont be a solution anytime soon. even if got plan to build highway or flyover also take few years to complete.

Hey Buddy, I am not planning to sell the house yet due to low prices now.

I have been staying here since 2018, that time the occupancy was very low, Banting and Kebun route still closed.

After that they opened Banting bridge to public and Kebun route, things start to turn bad, from a very peaceful small neighborhood roundabout to super busy roundabout now(Banting bridge roundabout).

If you don’t mind to leave by 5:30am in the morning then it’s okay to stay here, very comfortable and established.

it really doesn't make sense that the only way to get out of this area is by using car/bus, that why it so congested.

I don’t think there is bus service within the area. Bus won’t help anyway…

The only hope I see for this area is this highway.

BUT WCE is like dead news now, just empty promises by developers.

I think someone did mentioned that with wce completed, there is no direct interchange to connect to this area.
Need to go to tanjung dua belas, the interchange for skve to wce
Or go to kesas to link with wce.

If you check back their old brochure, there is direct link to WCE, now they quietly removed it.
