Hi, I just went to their show room today.
It seems that Cheria units are made of pre cast concrete slabs. Now if I want to do network cabling and alarm system sensors wiring - I was told that we cannot hack the walls to embed the wires. So it will end up having network ducting running around the house - which may be unsightly. Any solution to this issue? |

This is the latest satellite image from Google - dated 2022. I saw this land area being cleared since 2 to 3 months ago. Any idea what's are they going to build there ? Is it a mall ?  |
