I won't be surprised if Tropicana plan to do so in the distance future especially if the Selangor Transport Master plan is approved under the 12th Malaysia plan

If the funding is approved, we can expect a LRT station at Canal city/TA/BR under the Selangor LRT Circle Line South (Shah Alam-Putrajaya) with potential connectivity to Putra Heights LRT or Johan Setia LRT.
If the funding is not approved under the 12th Malaysia plan, then we have to wait longer until the 13th Malaysia plan then.

Agree, it's time we try to cause some havoc on the sales of these so called reputable developers that is not showing us any intention or actions to resolve this issue.

it really doesn't make sense that the only way to get out of this area is by using car/bus, that why it so congested.

I think someone did mentioned that with wce completed, there is no direct interchange to connect to this area.

Hi TA residence. I would like check is all the rain water and the houses drainage water will be directing to the lake? I saw someone shared the picture of the lake was submerged during the 2021 flood incident. Kinda worry before decide to purchase an unit there. 🙏🙏

Not sure how the drainage work but if possible try to avoid houses too close to the lake.

Yes, saw some news and videos about kg. Lombong flood sometime ago. As what you highlighted none of the new township here affected by flood. Luckily it is still some distance away from Klang river. Overall the surrounding flood gonna impact our township ingress and egress traffic as a whole especially we need to rely on other township to access major highways.

Didn't know Kemuning Utama hit badly as one of my fren stayed there. He told me most of the rescue teams will have to use Kemuning Utama to access Sri Muda at that time.
