Hi, I purchase with digi.. but from what i read from SME:

I purchased my Galaxy Note7 from network operator (Digi, Maxis, Celcom, U Mobile and Yes). How do I get my replacement?
Please contact the respective operator from 17th October 2016 onwards for details of the refund or exchange process.

So.. need wait three more days.. hope can Refund la...haha

Note7 Exchange/ Refund Process (Starting 17th Oct 2016)

1) Exchange with Galaxy S7 Edge

- Surrender the old Note7 (Device + Empty Box )

- Customer get to enjoy RM300 cash back (Bank in to customer within 5 working days) -

(via bank transfer)

- Screen Crack Protection will be transferred to the new device.


2) Refund

- Surrender the old Note7 (Device + Empty Box)

- Customer will get back the old Note7 price they have paid -  RM2,879.10 (Bank in to customer within 5 working days) - (via bank transfer)

3) Accessories Refund

- Samsung Original Note 7 Accessories
- Proof of purchase

 4) What to bring

- Note7 Device
- Note7 Box

*Customer to keep FOC accessories (Wireless Charging Stand + 10200mAh Battery Pack) and inbox items (Charger, earphones etc)

- Copy of Bank Statement Header (Full Name , Account Number, Bank) to ensure accurate info for online bank transfer)

I'll not be surprised many here will use until deadline, very soon SME surely will issue a deadline else nobody returns lol. Also because no cases in Malaysia yet and so far the fire/ explosion didn't cause serious injury (correct me if I'm wrong), Malaysians tend to be a little relax and reluctant to give up on the phone

it is a great phone. might be THE phone depending on how you use it. Just sad that it had to go, and we have no choice but to look for the next best thing.
Really wonder if we can.. ask the SC guy to turn a blind eye.. and let us keep it. devil.gif (come come, minum kopi)

Its the best phone used so far..
Very hard to give up just like that..
Most of us will use till the last day of the dateline..

Yes, exchange the phone got better benefit as the screen crack warranty will be transferred over.

But I still think that opt for refund and buy from other online channel can get better offer.
