The S7E is not the same value compared to the N7. People keep saying it's the best replacement but that would be probably true due to the curved screen. I refuse to pay as much for a phone without stylus. The Note series has always been a powerhouse because of its functions. Basically the lack of stylus really takes away the entire experience.

I'm still using N7 though my OP3 has arrived. Will be taking my sweet time to run some comparisons and assess how wide the gap is between these 2 phones. At this point in time I still charge and use N7 while it's fast charging. If I were to leave it overnight I will use the wireless charger simply because it doesn't heat up at all.

Disappointed with the available choices and their attitude.

1. Prefer to wait for S8Edge but not given a choice and forced to take S7Edge and no other choice of Samsung phones.
2. Extra 1 year screen warranty only applicable to S7Edge, no compensation for full refund
3. No compensation like US/South Korea where higher compensation is given if stay with Samsung and lower compensation for full refund.
4. No fireproof box mail to us and we need to get back to Point of Purchase at our own expense and inconveniences because of their failure.

We trust them and as loyal customer we get treated like nobody in Malaysia and forced to take limited choices.

Where is their responsibility and care towards affected customers?

All I see is just cut cost measures at their conveniences.

i'm also getting op3 as a temp replacement. since you have both now, care to give some comments on how they compare and how are you getting use to the "downgrade"?

can the usb cable plus charger plus earphone sell for RM120? need to cover my lost as i bought it 3k from LYN. hahahahaha....

As long as you bring your n7 and box back to the purchase place, with your IC and bank slip, i think you will get the refund.

get your refund and wait for it

if you paid for it, you will get a refund for it, same like the last time.

you can opt to not return or return with full refund, you want extra can always go to KPDNKK and give your justifications

corporate@samsung.com go tell them what you want, maybe can get the free stuff and compensation that you always wanted.

Should jump ship to ip7 anot? just ask my friend bought 1 last set that ALL IT have for jet black...Shouldnt sell off my s6...didnt know this happen. The choice given by sme is not good at all compare to other country...
