I've received the full VOX cashback for Sep on entirely Agoda "Pay Now" bookings. This is slightly earlier than usual since i'm usually in the later batches for crediting. Will proceed to transfer credit balance into YOLO and cancel VOX soon.

I've receive Sept cashbacks for VOX.
Still unable to cancel as I'm getting Oct Admin fee waived. The Oct transaction was before statement date but posted after that. Waiver denied but I'm going for round 2. Haiz... haiz..

how long time you make the call? money spent to call them might no worth to waive the monthly fee.

u need to apply e-statement, then you wont receive Physical Statement (by mail).
pros: no need waste paper, easy to view, wont hilang, no other family member will know how much u spent

cons: need to use data / internet , got one time i forgot to pay... interest is wow.....

If bill is not generated, there is no purpose for you to view e-statement.

Yes, my statement date is 25th, I receive 0.3% on 25th, 5% received on 26th.

still not received 5% & 0.3% rebate. my previous cb record was quite early but dunno why this time so late

Cost me time and effort only for 5-10 minutes. I think it cost UOB more resources to take call, review and sms me. Now I request them to send me the terms and conditions stating that the transaction must be posted within statement cycle.
Think the monthly fee for VOX is very taxing for UOB to monitor and implement. That's why no longer featured in YOLO.

my statement is 25th, get my 0.3% on 26th, 27th get 5%...
ystdy called customer service to ask about the admin fee whether can swipe now(within this month) to offset it even though my statement is 25th..

the customer service straightaway told me to cancel the VOX and transfer cash back to ONE card and waive the admin fee...will see how it goes next week as need 5 working days to process..

Damn it, I still have 0.3% in my next statement. It's OK, the amount is too small to be bothered about. If it still appears next month, I will call to transfer. Else, that's fine with me.

Finally received my 5% cashback, and my 0.3% was credited on statement date a week ago.

Now time to close shop!

after i paid the outstanding (deduct Sep 5% CB) yesterday via IBG.

This morning my VOX card permanently disappear in my UOB online...

I was thinking to check my payment before cancel and activate my YOLO.
Seems like they auto terminate it after outstanding is zero
