Last weekend i called UOB CS and they mentioned that i can cancel my VOX card now as it doesnt have anymore benefit.
As for the pending CB for October, they will then credit to my other cards (ie:YOLO), so no worries if u plan to cancel it now without cracking ur head on what to spend on as to avoid the fee charges.
Just my 2 cents.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 11 2016, 02:00 PM) Will they do that automatically? Just wanna avoid that no cash back will be credited for inactive card. Anyway, I only spent RM 1.00 on the card yesterday. I just remembered that I forgot to offset my cash back when I made my payment early of the month. So I have RM 50 from there and expected another RM 50 by end of this month. After deduct RM 1, I will ask them to credit RM 99 to my YOLO then. Hi Fruitie, Not to sure on the automatic transfer, but if you do incur charges i think waiving the fee wouldnt be much a problem. From the conversation i can tell they are proactive in the cancellation lol. Yea u should ask them to credit to your YOLO card should be probable since same holder.

Just sharing, based on my past experience with UOB CS, i have receive card both poslaju and normal post. In order to opt for pos laju, its sometimes offered in a goodwill basis, or else you can actually highlight the urgency of getting the card ASAP due to traveling abroad...etc. For my case is that i mentioned i have receive my card 2 weeks ago as my supplementary have not receive, and so then resend the card through pos laju. In the end, received both cards through pos laju and normal mail. In a way, u can actually request for Poslaju delivery, just talk to them nicely and highlight u would prefer poslaju, as u can share ur previous experience receiving card through normal post which is not pleasant. Just my 2 cents. This post has been edited by haru20: Oct 13 2016, 09:56 AM

QUOTE(shanjuen @ Feb 14 2017, 02:17 AM) Hey guys, would like to know more regarding the 0% installment stuff. I am currently a ONE card holder and recently I made a request to convert my purchase to installment. I was told by the CS that the 0% installment is applicable only for oversea purchase or educational purpose? Would like to confirm if this is true? If it is, then what is this? http://www1.uob.com.my/personal/cards/feat..._merchants.htmlThe purchase I made is in their IPP merchants list. Wondering if the CS is BS me or not. Thanks. For 0% installment on education is applicable only to Prvi Miles card only. As for the listed merchant its applicable to all UOB cards. As for oversea purchase (ie: Foreign transaction), currently there is a 0% 6m installment. Hope this clarifies it. "0% INTEREST EDUCATION INSTALLMENT PLAN Paying your children's education fees is now a breeze with interest free instalment for up to 12 months. Just pay the education fees with your UOB PRVI Miles Card and call 03-2612 8080 to convert it to Education Instalment Plan. (Applicable to single education transaction above RM1,000 and up to a maximum amount of RM20,000. Conversion to Education Instalment Plan is valid within 20 days from the transaction date.) Terms and Conditions apply."
