Did you call them to request for transfer of credit and cancellation, then ask them to send an email to confirm on your request? Wondering if this is their standard SOP to send confirmation email, which i think it's clear and good.

If you have registered UOB Online, your cards will appear automatically.

guys, just got this UOB one card and yolo card. May I know how do I pay my credit bills with maybank2u? Just type in the card number and pay the statement balance? Previously, thats what I did for my wise card but now I have two cards with UOB

Yes, same. You can pay to one UOB card and call CS to split it to another UOB card.
Well, to me I rather spend RM 0.11 to split the transactions myself and save all the headache.

You can refer to your statement, there's some sort of account number on the page 1 or something.

For my case the account number was my visa vox. So all these while, i've been paying to my visa vox (AFTER cash rebate) only.

and the amount still populated correctly for both of my cards. so, yes, you can just pay to 1 card, doesn't have to be both. not sure about other banks but in this aspect uob makes it more convenient for me.

PS: i've always been curious what will happen if i pay to my mastercard instead. but haven't tried.

UOB actually has auto portion function where the extra payment made to 1 account will go to another one. I didn't request for auto portion, it will split by itself by default.

I'm using UOB one card visa and platinum mastercard. Can just pay for one account, UOB will split accordingly to the account, so no worries

Previously I walk 2 mins from my house to UOB branch to pay somemore. Lol.

Almost everyone got it as an additional card, I think only 1-2 got it as converted card from VOX.

yeah, very confusing, the sc said to me will convert batch by batch, wasted 1 month waiting now i missed this month rm50 cb

I never bother to wait even the previous officer told me that. I called on second day after I received the SMS to apply YOLO due to VOX's benefits revision.
