I am a first time CC user and its my first month of using the CC.

I still can't made payment online for my CC.

Can you guys explain briefly to me?

when u activate your card, did u received your statement?
do u have uob bank account?
if u want easy way, apply uob internet banking, u can check detail in the net.
i'm using e-statement, so everything in internet.
my company pay my salary using uob bank too, so i just pay online directly...

I didn't receive any statement upon activating. It just mention that there's no bill yet.

I got my card mid-Oct and have been using it actively for those CB.

I do have UOB internet banking and I can't see my statement for CC. Can i know when the statement usually comes?

Do you after monthly once or right after you swipe?

I don't trust CS' words.
No ah. Telco is excluded from 6%, it's mentioned in T&C, unless I remember wrongly?

Oh ya, just read back. Telecommunications is under exclusion except for bill payments. biggrin.gif

How they are to differentiate top up and telco payment?

I'm not sure, so far I only used my YOLO to make payment.

Anyway called UOB and call was picked up instantly. Love it. biggrin.gif
Requested to transfer the credit from VOX to YOLO and was said will be done within 2 working days and also requested to cancel VOX, that will take 5 working days and someone from cancellation department will call to confirm again.

hi all, anyone got their vox sept CB already? Looks like I got it yesterday but it is only 0.5% (I spent RM886 for Sept, all online transactions).

25 OCT CASH REBATE 4.43CR

I should still get 5% right?

I already got but many still haven't got, VOX's CB is by batches.

The one you got is not 5% cash back, it is the usual 0.3% cash back. 5% cash back should appear in your unbilled transactions under "Campaign Cash Credit", if it is not there, just sit down and relax, it will come to you eventually.

i already get my cb for vox. rm50.

for 5% should state campaign cash rebate instead of cash rebate.

cash rebate is all ur transaction with 0.03%.

correct me if i'm wrong.
