seems like all VOX CB credit but not for YOLO.

I received cash rebate of RM2.24 on 18th Oct but not campaign cash credit .
U guys received the campaign cash credit yet for VOX? |

Hi guys,
New UOB one card user and 1st time cc user as well. Currently having some problem to activate 6 digit pin...key in Control ID and 8 digit code also still fail...follow the procedure... |

I received call from UOB CS after I email them that I haven't receive my YOLO card until today.
CS told me my card was sent out using normal post and probably lost already, now they are making replacement card and will send out within 2 days. Very bad service this time  |

Hopefully, it is proven that 6% online cashback are given for Maxis bill payment, via Maxis Pay and UOB Payonline.

I called twice to cancel my Vox this morning.
First call, the CS asked me to settle the outstanding. After paying in full the outstanding, now my Vox has been removed from my internet banking. Question is, will I still get my unbilled transaction (5% cashback)? Sorry all, I'm a newbie to card cancellation here... |
