Lose 8000 customer only mah, not very significant la, plus lot of the 8000 pre order not loyal samsung fan also consider they wish to jump ship to other brand or apple.
*
I'm quite loyal to Samsung since Note 2 days and continue upgrade to Note 3, 4, 5 and latest 7 but they really mess up everything this time and S7 for me not so much ommmph enough for me. So I decided to jump ship to other phone until the next Note arrive.
So iP7+ here I come.

sabar la bang. You think communication between companies and within company's various branches and heads is that easy meh. Rest assure that as long as they don't honor it in due course then only you fucuk them. I would prefer they sorted out everything clear instead of half-cook messages every alternate day.
*
The last time they called me for replacement unit, it took them one week after the call for the unit to be delivered to the outlet. I will be flying the week after 19th, the urgency is slightly worrisome.

There's no reason why they need so many days to relay accurate information. The fact that they've (Celcom) taken whole 24 hours to relay half-cooked information annoys me. Whatever it is between the Telco(s) and SME has to be sorted out in a better manner.

The fact that we're still discussing here so frequently shows that most of us are still quite in the dark. If information was relayed properly in a clear and concise manner, we wouldn't be speculating. hmm.gif

QUOTE
The steep glass curve makes the device the narrowest Note ever, even when compared to the first 5.3" one, and the narrowest phone with a 5.7" display, but it also might be precisely why the phone is combusting out of the blue. During the first recall, leaked docs from the Korean consumer protection agency showed that the battery packs made by Samsung's own SDI subsidiary were slightly larger for their compartment by a hair, and the isolation plates that separate the anode and cathode inside were too close towards the edges, hence prone to collapsing under pressure, short circuiting the battery, and causing thermal runaway. They also found issues with the packaging of the battery cells, like the insulating tape, which was done by a separate company, as well as the coating of the negative electrode.

I'm using s2,s3,note3,note 5,s7 edge,note7.....for me note 3 is the best ever model samsung ever launched.....the spec still can survive until nowadays....(basically leading competitor like 2 or 3 years time).

Don't think it will be cheap. Last week I checked at KLCC Samsung store. RRP is still at RM2699. Of course it will be cheaper if you buy online. biggrin.gif
