if yes, then freebies are required to be returned for refund request..

but now is different situation, coz they are terminating the N7 line and recalling all the N7.
so freebies should not be required to be returned.

Samsung Malaysia and our authorities should learn from their western counterparts and address all possible scenarios. Especially in our market where reselling on marketplaces are common practise

guys, how much they selling the s7 and s7 edge at samsung stores now? anyone knows? are you guys opting for refund or exchange to s7e?

i thought the issue with note 7 was safety regarding to explosion or overheating

some will share they got a call today... others will complain why SME is not calling them... and why SME abandoned them, etc...

IIRC, they are currently having promotion for S7 Edge, RM 300 off from its RRP.

I hope they can give a good deal for ppl who willing to swap to S7 or S7E.
Otherwise they will lose the market share.

Refer to the Thailand compensation plan that shared by the members at here on yesterday. The below link is provided more clearer statement.

"Thai Samsung Wednesday offered Bt10,000 discount plus Bt2,990 headphone to fans who have pre-booked Galaxy Note 7 if they opt for other top models of its smartphones."

So it is not buy other model at Bt10,000 but discount Bt10,000 on top of the selling price. The discount offer is still very good.

I called Blue Cube again today and the guy read me a scripted announcement. Gave him a piece of my mind because all I wanted was a very simple answer to the question of whether they will give me the full refund when the time comes? Because if that's guaranteed I will buy a new phone now. Customer Service couldn't answer and kept repeating his scripted interview, telling me to wait until 19th. What's taking them so long? If Samsung can call people on 13th then why must I wait until 19th for a call?

Lose 8000 customer only mah, not very significant la, plus lot of the 8000 pre order not loyal samsung fan also consider they wish to jump ship to other brand or apple.

sabar la bang. You think communication between companies and within company's various branches and heads is that easy meh. Rest assure that as long as they don't honor it in due course then only you fucuk them. I would prefer they sorted out everything clear instead of half-cook messages every alternate day.

I am not a fan for any brand, but Note7 is really a beast that no other phone in the market now that comes close to it. After sales service rather than initial killer specifications will determine the overall experience of a consumer for them to have trust as a returning customer in the future for their products.
