Yeah,+1.....i personally only invest 1 spigen casing rm80 and extended smart warranty 2nd year rm99. Knowing that samsung willing to offer full refund....i feel happy oledi......pay once and gett unbox 2 times, with tons of freebies....and yet can get refund for the original price i paid, u guys really no take into consideration the difference of new and used hp? As i know a used hp no matter just one day or one week, u definitely cannot sell back at original purchase price. Same goes to vehicle...... ....the accessories money i lost just treat as entertainment fee lo.....


All company have chance to make mistake, and i do salute samsung for "responsible" and admit own mistake is not an easy move.....it caused at least 17 billion lost .....

go ahead and contact the nearest samsung service center. i think the worst u get a j7 still better than this yes attitude. i oso bought from yes pre order but the replacement process i direct deal with samsung service center and they do offer me a note 5 as a loan phone during the first recall.

ya agreed. note 7 not even launching yet in malaysia....just 8000 unit preorder user.....cost samsung to lost about 16000 unit including replacement ( i bet sme cost is below 2k per unit x 16000 unit = about 3 million loss ). u expect them suffer more losses to cover up consumer own preference of third party accessories? no offense but i personally think not logic......if original samsung accessories i do bet u can fight for refund. Third party accessories...the money not earned by samsung when u purchase it....but u want them to compensate?

Wise Samsung decision would be gv some cash voucher for future use (which might attract user to purchase back samsung hp instead of other brand hp) .....that might consider cover your losses of accessories investment already....for cash refund on third party accessories quite certain is mission impossible la...

will the refund in oversea prohibitted the consumer to purchase back the same brand/model? otherwise is a loop , keep purchase and refund and misuse the consumer rights.

u nvr open the powerbank is it? is normal cable + type c adaptor...i using it to charge my s7 edge now....no problem...faster than travel charger

Charge the powerbank is usb-c....but the adapter is bundled,just plug it to ur normal micro usb cable u can charge the powerbank lo.....don see wat is the inconvenience? And have 2 usb c travel charger now as the 1st note 7 acc is not taken back by samsung.

Really? I think the staff keep it to him/herself instead of returning to samsung.

Lose 8000 customer only mah, not very significant la, plus lot of the 8000 pre order not loyal samsung fan also consider they wish to jump ship to other brand or apple.

I'm using s2,s3,note3,note 5,s7 edge,note7.....for me note 3 is the best ever model samsung ever launched.....the spec still can survive until nowadays....(basically leading competitor like 2 or 3 years time).
