And a call from them early this morning, confirming that the only instruction from Samsung is to power off device, and they will loan their YES altitude phone for a month. No need to return phone yet, as they await final instruction from Samsung.

I am opting for refund. Hopefully can keep my N7 and get refund

I think better to check with SME officially as someone might take the advantage of this situation as getting the freebies back and keep as their own. This is what makes me feel frustrated with SME as their announcement is not clear enough that makes loopholes for certain party to take advantage of the situation and thus causing us consumer to loose trust with them.
