i can sign a paper if the phone exploded i won't post facebook or forum,
if after 1years note 8 coming i will promote my note 7 not exploding

yaya.. the camera really lacking but the phone had works well for the past 3 years.. before upgrade to N7..
now downgrade back to my n3... gonna miss the camera in n7 and other amazing features

i'm sad that i may have to consider reusing my note5

may opt for the s7 edge instead

Just dropped an email to Amazon customer service in the morning about my concern. Within an hour customer support agreed to refund back my money spent on note7 casings and SP. Damn good after sales

i just bought sony XZ at gemfive.

They will be too dumb to allow you to sign such paper. They know Law of Consumer rights more than you. Such paper doesn't guarantee them for not getting sued in due course even though it is stated. It carries very little weight once the issue are brought up to court.

The news I posted last night was still a suggestion/speculation.

Todays news said there's a source from Samsung Russia claiming that Samsung indeed is going to drop the "Note" name in the future.

What you are saying is quite true. Compared to all the Note series Note 3 for me is the best because it had it all. Removable battery, USB 3, IR blaster, and etc. But it is not so good in the camera department. But anyway it is quite the best I have ever used.
Note 4, not so much. It had all the features of the Note but the software is not optimized since day 1. After Marshmallow release, the software is quite acceptable.

One way to gain back consumers confidence.....launch Note8 with 5 year warranty (like what the cars are doing now) and promise 200% refund if the phone catches fire accidentally.

What to do, no matter how you complain or how angry you are, technically the company didn't do anything wrong if stated legally and officially. The one you're talking about is external and personal opinion already, not legal action.

right now i am holding my black onyx n7 and just admiring and stroking it. totally naked now, so beautiful, so slim and curvy...no better looking hp in the market right now. not even its sibling s7e can match it...

too bad it will be going away soon.

Thinking of those manufacturers and retailers selling Note 7 third party accessories.. those who take in bulk earlier now have to cut their loses...huhuhu... So it's not just Samsung..

What to do? Every phone that have edge screen will be automatically recognized as related to Note 7. That's what is happening now.

Come to think of it, Note 7 fiasco is not only affecting the Note 7 itself, it also affected the Note brand, all the other Samsung devices, other phones that have edge screen...etc. This chain reaction is much bigger than we could imagine.
