I hope maybank accept my dispute because for my case I paid with cash but it still charging incorrect amount to my card.
Guess I have no choice but pay the bill first.

Next time I will use ewallet/PIN at KFC.

Oh yeah. You can start by going to KFC and ask them to reverse the charges. If they did not perform a settlement, likely maybank2me will reverse it. This is faster than waiting to settle the dispute.

The problem is moment I notice it, it already shows up in m2u.
Thus too late to reverse.

I just want a confirmation for FC Barcelona for ewallet (Touch n Go) not eligible for cashback?

Why not you test it with a small amount by 28/3 and check your March CB on 2/4.

Of course Maybank can enforce the rule anytime as it is "officially" not eligible.

I can test any small amount before month end (31st March 2020).
How do you check March cashback on 2nd April 2020?
I will only know my March cashback when I receive my statement.

maybank cb is by calendar month.

March cashback, credited on 1 Apr, viewable in m2u on 2 Apr.

no need to wait statement.

MBB cash back is posted on 1st of the month and can be see on m2u on 2 april

Transaction must be posted on or before 31/3.
But the transaction need 1-3 days to be posted.

1. What's going to happen my outstanding amount? They say they are going to transfer it to the other card, but I haven't paid for the last month's one and due to this i could be charged for late payment?

2. There's one interest installment, will that be transferred over too?

When’s the due? If it’s today or Tmr then you should’ve told them hold on for a moment and initiate the payments. If you missed the payment then yes. Charges applicable. Period.

Whatever outstanding / instalment etc ~ all will be transferred to your new card.
