Tried to tap with FCB at KFC terminal, their card machine hang.
So end up paying with cash. 3 days after, noticed the *wrong amount* charged to my card. I bought RM9.20 but charged RM21.  Anyone face this before? How to dispute the transaction? I think someone mentioned to send dispute form to disputemgmt@maybank.com.my. Is this still valid? |

I spent RM500 with FCB yesterday.
The shop performed settlement in front of me. However, transaction still not shown until now. Is it settlement means posting? |
