Hey all. I wanna ask, if there's an authorized transaction and in which case i have already called them to inform about it. Their main action is to block my card and issue me a new number:

Now my question is:
1. What's going to happen my outstanding amount? They say they are going to transfer it to the other card, but I haven't paid for the last month's one and due to this i could be charged for late payment?

2. There's one interest installment, will that be transferred over too?

due middle of the month i think. But i usually March bill by 1 or 2nd day of the new month. Damn it!
Do i have to wait until i activate the card then only i can pay? Or once it's reflected in my maybank2u then i can just pay them off.

Even if it's not authorized anymore I can still make payment?

Guys, a question:
Few days ago i called the bank for an authorized transaction. They block the card.

Today i login to my Maybank2u:
1. My card has been blocked (written as is not authorized) - ok normal, happened since the day i called them
2. In the spending graph, i see a total of RM400 charges (that unauthorized transaction, cause I didn't use my card for anything else this month)

So what am i supposed to do now? Wait for the new card, new number, check the statement and then dispute again?

is the news about the cashback revision true?

because if it is true. then i want to cancel the card soon already.

what is the next best card?
I got the Shopee card already. But i like the simple cashback that FCB offers, something like FCB?

it doesn't matter. They are local bank. Regardless of how many people leaving because of some changes, still enough companies that use them for payroll and etc.

Now i am more inclined to Maybank Shopee card. xD
