I wonder why you guys are having so much trouble reordering your cards. Just go to wallet, press and hold your card and then move it around. The one that you move to the lowest position then becomes your default card.

perhaps security lvl is different with apple pay? or its just a choice by samsung

And it looks like when trying to delete and re-add the card to Wallet to get the name right, it broke AP on my watch but not on my iPhone XS and iPad Pro 10.5 , gonna update to beta 6 to see if it fixes this issue

That's not the re-ordering I wanted to do, I wanted to re-order the list in Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay lol

Anyone using MAE virtual card only (without physical card) and can add that virtual card to use on AP?

Yes, I was wondering the same thing. I contacted Maybank to ask and they said yes and pointed me to the list of Maybank cards compatible with Apple Pay. But I get the feeling the customer service rep is thinking of the physical card. But what if I don’t want the physical card? Can I just enter the number/details of the virtual card to activate Apple Pay?

From the MAE FAQ it looks the virtual card works with Samsung Pay:

What is the usage of the virtual card?
You will be provided with a virtual card number, expiry date and CVV. Your MSOS will also be registered automatically upon onboarding of a MAE account. Once this is done, customers will be able to use their card for:
 Online e-commerce purchases
 NFC payment (e.g. Samsung Pay)

Why do you want to reorder that?

Yes, it can be add into ApplePay with the virtual card details without physical card. Been using it without any issue and physical card if needed can order later on.

Yeah, want to avoid having to pay RM8.00/year for the physical card.

Yea, my citibank cash back card in Samsung pay exceed RM250.01 after key in Pin result fail, not sure why

Having just a “virtual card” macam kennot add into Apple Pay leh, cuz at the day of launch I just couldn’t get my phone num verified no matter how many times i retried.

If you are new to Maybank, you can get the virtual card, but if you are existing Maybank customer, you have no way to get that~
