Everyone keep telling me the Japanese has the best electronics gadgets on earth. Their rice cooker can cook you PERFECT rice, you want it to be hard as rock is possible, and soft as tofu is possible too. |

BNB that we'll stay do not have rice cooker...
both of them..tokyo and sapporo.. I've read somewhere that without transformer, it would take forever to cook rice, because of the voltage different. if we buy the cooker there, then it's just for 110v country only lah...japan..usa... unless i have the transformer... and initially we plan to stay 5 days...3 days in hakodate...but then, have to change because wanna go to tokyo...should be ok laa... |

You also have free pocket wifi, though most likely it will be restricted speed, since the last people using the router might finish up the quota ady. Better get your own pocket wifi. |

DarkWRC what sacwoc said. airbnb might not have rice cooker (mine in tokyo didn't have), but if it got microwave, you can buy ¥100 packs of already cooked rice in konbinis and just warm it up in the microwave. |

referring to this bus schedule
https://www.nouhibus.co.jp/english/highwayb...shirakawago.pdf I'm not to understand on this eg. does that only mean there's only ONE bus arrive at 13.50 at Takayama? and if we missed it or due to over-capacity, then have to wait for the next round which is at 14.50? |

Hi I currently owned a Maybank 2 Gold Card and I was wondering how much are the fees if I were to withdraw Japanese yen at say, Japan Post bank using the card?
EDIT: I also owned a Public Bank ATM/Debit card, just wondering what is the cheapest way to obtain yens while in Japan. Thanks! This post has been edited by Steven7: Oct 28 2016, 06:22 AM |
