Placed I mention Kukuna was Hotel. One of my secret spot for capture picture. Basically no people. Used this Kukna hotel as your guide on google map only. This Kukuna Hotel front door was this Picture View.
One of the perfect angle to shoot Mt Fuji.

I am not staying in Lake Kawaguchi area but to take a day trip. I have checked from websites and even google street. I find that nearby the river-ish, Muzeum of Art is a good place to take Mt Fuji as well. GPS coordinate: 35.523410, 138.764994

Need to take the shuttle bus service from Kawaguchiko station, to that area.

seems like i can try my luck for it (getting there by 3-4pm is a challenge).

I have never thought of what time I want to take but I am planning to go on morning, probably the 1st few early bus service from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko station. I've checked through the services that offers to go Kawaguchiko station, even train is expensive than the bus service. Probably reach there around 10ish and planning to have a meal at Tetsuyaki nearby Kawaguchi Station as suggested by some of the tripvisor users.

If stay few nights I suggest you go during early morning or late evening la. Paling cantik scenery mah. And can consider renting a bicycle if there's any. Spend less and you can enjoy the scenery while your ride.

Bus is more convenient actually. Checked the bus, train, car and everything. Cheapest is still bus. Takes 1.45 hours. If train is gonna be 10%-20% expensive and takes longer time too.

Japanese are very vulnerably to Cold. Cannot take their word as guide.  Tak bolek Pakai punya
Even on normal local train also got one coach are specially tune down air conditioning.
For them everything lower than 20 Celsius are consider cold.
15 Celsius I still wearing T-Shirt come to work and for them already wearing jacket already....wtf

Fully 100% agree!!! My office is damn hot and you see the people wearing cardigan and complaining its cold.

Just to clarify something...
Is that any fares difference for Express train, Rapid train and local trainin Japan?

Example:
Haneda monorail from station Hamamatsucho to haneda airport, there are 3 different train (express, rapid and local)... Is that any different in fares?

I also haven't plan litenary and I have a month to go !

I'm going for 10 days. 2 days would be the compulsory Mt Fuji and Hakkonne, one day at Roppongi / Odaiba , Disney Sea , I have a rough sketch on location and using Odaigo to route my way easier. Now we just can't decide to buy Metro or JR pass since JR are more on the bigger places while Metro covers more smaller places etc .

Now one worry is my flight arriving is night at 10.30pm and Air Asia famous for tunggu sedikit, etc etc would be done by 11.30pm minimum so pretty scared on train cause our Airbnb is at Shin-Ohkubu which needs intertrain keiku- shinjuku - shin Okubu, whereas the bus heck need to find out .

Any of you guys night flight like mine can share what transportation you think best to take incase the train station closes at midnight?

Anyone rented wifi router from Travel Recommends before? Want to know if the coverage and connection quality is good before committing

Buffa when are you going? I bought the yokoso sim as well. However I contacted the SG company instead since they offer the 91 day card. and shipping was 5 SGD
2 years ago when I went Japan, I rented a wifi through pupuru. Can return through any postbox in Japan (they include an envelope which has been paid already). Quite reasonable and good coverage too.

I just checked and it's around 400yen per day now. Maybe you can check and consider?

It's more of a question if you wanted to buy anything there. If you don't plan to buy anything. A few hours will be enough. But if you love anime and want to buy merchandise, 1 day at least.. heh

not a fan of anime or gundam so just normal sightseeing..thus list is quite short
thats why im in a dilemma which day and where to slot akihabara in because it seemed so packed
i think imma still put it at 18th 1st...if can't made it thn maybe slot it into the last day
